Confession: After my last post, I have been suffering from an intense case of writer’s block.
Unless it has been for school or work, I have not been able to write something that makes me happy to show off, and even then I can guarantee that I was bullshitting.
What’s frustrating about writer’s block is that I can’t exactly pinpoint what is frustrating me to the point where I can’t write.
Could it be the three jobs I’m currently working, when I desperately know I should quit at least one?
Could it be this semester of classes that I’m taking, when I know I should’ve been changed my schedule?
Is it the stress of being involved with different orgs on campus?
Is it the stress of being a real life adult, with bills and everything to pay?
Is it the stress of navigating through friendships and relationships?
Or maybe, it’s a combination of all those things?
Yeah, I don’t really know.
What I do know is that I would love to get back to blogging, at least once a week, or once every two weeks, or once a month.
(See, I’m indecisive, because I don’t even know what I want to do with this blog, LOL.)
But while I figure out what I want to do with this blog, expect a lot of changes in the next few weeks or months. As I evolve and grow as a person, my blog will too. So don’t count me out just yet, I’m back at it again!
Meanwhile, I pose a question to my fellow writers/bloggers/artsy people…. How do you all get through writer’s block?
